How does LENDI verify its users?
Four steps, each one building on the last: email when you create the account, phone through a one-time code sent over Zalo, national ID checked against a live selfie, and finally a residential address. The ID step is what lets you apply to rent your own pieces out; the rest build the account's trust record.
How do deposits work?
You pay the deposit alongside the rental fee. LENDI holds it for the length of the rental and returns it once the piece is back and has been inspected.
What happens if an item is damaged?
Every handover is confirmed and timestamped, with photos or video attached when either side adds them — so where the two sides differ they are looking at the same handover record rather than at their memories.
How do owners get paid?
Once the rental completes — meaning the piece is back and inspected — your earnings are released. You can follow each rental in the app.
Are the items on LENDI authentic?
Every piece belongs to a verified owner and is reviewed before it goes live, with real photographs and its condition stated plainly. Supporting paperwork — authenticity cards, original receipts — is named in the description where it exists.
