Four steps, each one further than the last: email, phone via a Zalo one-time code, national ID matched to a live selfie, and residential address. The ID step is what a listing requires.
Transparent pricing
Every cost — rental fee, service fee, delivery and deposit — shown in full before you confirm a booking.

Every handover is confirmed and timestamped at both ends, with photos, video and notes when either side attaches them.

A complaint sent to contact@lendi.vn is acknowledged and taken up within 72 hours of us receiving it.

Once a rental completes, the renter can rate the piece and the merchant who listed it; a rating left this way follows the merchant's profile.

How does Lendi verify its users?
Four steps, each one building on the last: email when you create the account, phone through a one-time code sent over Zalo, national ID checked against a live selfie, and finally a residential address. The ID step is what lets you apply to rent your own pieces out; the rest build the account's trust record.
How do deposits work?
You pay the deposit alongside the rental fee, and it is itemised separately rather than folded into it. Lendi holds it for the length of the rental. How the deposit is settled at the return will be published before launch.
What happens if an item is damaged?
Every handover is confirmed and timestamped, with photos or video attached when either side adds them — so where the two sides differ they are looking at the same handover record rather than at their memories.
How do merchants get paid?
Once the rental completes — meaning the piece is back and inspected — your earnings are released. You can follow each rental in the app.
Are the items on Lendi authentic?
Every piece is listed by a verified merchant and reviewed before it goes live, with real photographs and its condition stated plainly. Supporting paperwork — authenticity cards, original receipts — is named in the description where it exists.
When does Lendi launch?
